Soon time to start rebuilding this trooper....
my objective is to make it into a one wire diesel (all mechanical) with a 5 speed manual

What i have: 1997 Bighorn with excellent interior, sunroof and a 3.1 bottom half

Major needs:  body work an spray.....i may change the color
                      Complete engine and gearbox
                      Clutch pedal and master cylinderbought
Shifter boot and center console bought
Front and rear drive shafts bought
                      All Front bushings
                      all new shocks
                      body bushes
left side running board and mud guard
                      door mirrors bought
                      recaro fabric (upholster interior) bought
The To Do list is quit long more than 70 items/things to do/get
this is her as she sits now

selling the usable stuff ....scrap metal the rest

de-rust and paint that bar....entire wire loom to be removed and checked (had a minor rodent infestation i caught it early)

did some work over the weekend

i took off all the underdash reinforcement de-rusted them and sprayed them black

much better now

Install clutch pedal assembly, master cylinder, cut brake pedal

Remove the blower fan clean, disinfect and test (rodents made a nest in it)

Rodents wire damage to be repaired

some of the parts aquired those far more on the way

Some new tools acquired for the project

to clean the engine bay among other things

to clean interior (mice brought in all kinds a crap plus their crap as well)

for installing clutch line

removing the front suspension now. After 5 odd years of now being mobile the tie rod ends are still in great condition ( 555 parts  [2thumbsup] ) the ball joints are crap....new GREASABLE ones are on route. Called Tony's Auto 5gran for one ball joint, not a **censored** mi nuh rich suh. Ebay $8,800 jamaican for all four ball joints and and two sway bar end links... cant beat that. 4 Shocks on order from RockAuto, Powersteering specialist doing 6 bushings and refreshing the steering box. All the larger suspension components being cleaned and sprayed black
